Job Profile
As an Associate, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day operations with precision, ensuring timely end-of-day deliverables. Your role will involve enlightening customers on Ecobank’s products and services, driving seamless onboarding processes, and contributing to an enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities in Operations, ensuring prompt, professional, and confidential handling of customer transaction requests.
- Properly document and authorize customer transaction requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank’s products and services, responding to inquiries and operational matters.
- Document and address customer requests/complaints on the customer management platform, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Educate customers on new services, product promotions, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Drive digital adoption among customers, collaborating with the business to meet goals while upholding policies and processes.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

- Educational Background: A minimum of 5 credits at O’levels, including English and Mathematics
- Qualification: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with a minimum grade of lower credit
